I am working on a project, and I was developing forms, I have assigned an image as background, it shows up in wireframe, and when I preview it, it shows. However, when I deployed it, the background image cannot be resolved. I resolved the full URL and load it in another tab, it finds the URL.

This was an issue related to spaces in the filename for the background image. This has been fixed in the Maestro 5.0.18 release. In the short term, changing the space to an underscore will work. As far as the UX perspective goes, Ben's point is valid regarding small screens which is why Maestro makes it easy to preview with different screen sizes to make sure that issues such as this can be identified early in the process.
I'm not sure why the image is not being resolved but using images in this manner is typically a bad practice because it often causes issues with responsive design for smaller screen devices E.g.:
Usability of the form on mobile devices should be a high priority when styling a template. All these considerations and more are taken into consideration by the Avoka UX Team when they work with clients to design their branded templates. My suggestion would be to engage the Avoka UX Team for assistance or advice on this matter.
