Hi Team,

I've been asked if it is possible to prevent an avoka form appearing in Google search.

I think this is similar to updating the robots.txt or having a no-follow in the header but I cant see an obvious way to add this to composer or transact. Should I be updating the XML Source?

I also tried putting in a google webmaster Url removal request, but since it asks you to upload a verification file, I don’t think that would work and I don’t want to chance that it would also prevent other forms from being found.

Do you have any ideas?

      Hi Nick,

I think the best option is to add robots.txt to the Apache server so it will apply across the platform. You won't need to manage it separately for transact and per form.

Avoka cloud operations team should be able to help you with this. Please raise a support ticket with your robots.txt file and they'll get back to you.

      cheers,

      Parth
