Hello,

I am adding a second contact to a form that I am sending to Salesforce. I am looking at the document here, How to configure a Transact Delivery Processor in Salesforce. It seems to me that I could just repeat the contact section of the JSON with the second contact's information. My Salesforce dev doubts that this will work because we need to create only one contact object with multiple contacts inside, and so there must be another way to do it.

Has anyone sent form data to Salesforce and created two contacts? How did you do it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Charity

      Hi Charity,

I'm not sure, but if the contacts have not relationship between them and can be created one by one, I would amend / create a service in TM to receive the json array and call one by one salesForceClient  postOperation.

      Kind regards,

      Julio.
