We just (finally!) transitioned this form from a Composer 4.0 form to Composer 4.5.

But it keeps going to the TM confirmation.html page when you submit. All our other non-payment forms go to the modal page automatically.

I cannot find any settings that control this?

I deleted the Confirmation page property from the form version in TM.

We still use our TM confirmation page for payments. But this was a non payment form.

It turned out that it was the custom submit click script. Not sure what it did, but I replaced it with the default script and that solved the issue.

      Cheers,

      Lin

        Hi Lin,

          Hi Julio,

Our composer form transitioned from v4.0 to the latest composer v4.4 version doesn't seem to pick up the correct modal page when the form is submitted. We want to know how to get the form to display the correct one.

          Thanks

          Sindy

          Hi Sindy,

Can you please check in TM, organization level confirmation email template, and the configuration for delivery service used?

Also in the form version published (TM), confirmation email.

I believe it's using one of those.

          Thanks,

          Julio.

          Hi Julio,

This is not in any way related to emails.

We believe it may be caused by custom Submit button script, so we're investigating that now.

          Cheers,

          Lin

Sorry, Lin, I misunderstood the issue. I've just seen the images attached.

Did you use a custom confirmation page? This can be set up in TM Form Flow config. When you set the confirmation url there, the form will redirect to that url instead of the default one.

I'm going to check if I can find something else helpful.

          Kind regards,

          Julio.
