An Avoka customer is in the process of implementing Insights. However, their current application, built mostly though an Avoka partner, is a bunch of separate TM forms that are tied together with a reasonably complicated collaboration job. While I am sure this has come up previously, I am wondering if there have been any advances that would make it possible to get a more singular view of all these individual forms.
Furthermore, is there any way that we could piece together a User Journey or pass segments across all of the individual forms?
Support for Collaboration Jobs is being added to Insights and is targeting the next feature release later this year.
I believe we can explore an option to pass Job Reference number as "Segment" so that all forms can be grouped together. All forms (part of bundle) share same Job Reference number.
Thanks Nirmal. Any idea if this would group the forms together in Insights if the Reference number is the same?
Segments meant to group the items together. However, please check with product team to see if this approach can answer your question.
Segments is meant to group users having similar trait. Not really intended to group a set of transactions. If the goal is to understand completion analysis of the overall user onboarding process (collab job having multiple forms), this work around will not help. So, if the question is can we make Insights analysis work for collab jobs in general, the answer is - no work around. 18.11 will have a dedicated view for collab job analytics.
But if you have specific questions you want to answer about user engagement with multiple forms in collab job, custom Milestones can help. Again, there is no universal solution. Just custom implementation based on the need.
Even without doing anything extra, Insights will still provide completion analysis of each individual forms. You can then manually calculate the completion/abandonment rate for the entire collab job. Also, you can look at section and field level analytics of each form individually. No matter the workaround, behavioral analytics (user journey, drop-off and field analytics) is always shown for only a single form version at a time.
