Hi all,

Is there anywhere to see when a form template has been published, and which version? We'd like to know which version has been published to the global library for auditing purposes.

Cheers,
Dan.

      Hi Dan,

This is possible in more recent versions of Maestro (I think 18.05 and above), so you may need to upgrade your project if it is still on an older version to get access to this feature. It is also only likely to work for templates published to the library after the project was upgraded to the newer version.

If your project is at the right version then the following steps will allow you to identify the version of a template that is published in a library:

      1. Select the library and version
      2. Click on the "Resources" tab in the top right of the screen
      3. Scroll down to the "Templates" section
      4. Where the template is shown there should be a "Source" column on the right which tells you the location of the template source, including the template version

      Cheers,
      Ryan
