We have a delivery service that uses a different 'delivery code' parameter for each form that uses it.

The delivery codes contain html for email body and subject amongs other things.

I tried to export the service, edited the service-config.xml to find and replace some html lines, zipped it back up and imported the service back into TM.

But my changes aren't there. I tried this about 6 times and they just won't stick?

Any pointers on how I could find/replace html in these parameters without having to edit each one individually?

I have done this before in an earlier version of TM without issues. We are currently using TM 5.1.

      Hi Lin,

Does the XML service parameter attribute have an encoded-base64 value. If so the import code is using this in preference to the CDATA content. This is done to work around line feed encoding issues in XML.

Please try removing the encoded-base64 attribute, value and see if it fixes your issue.

      regards Malcolm
