I've created an Organisation for test purposes which is no longer required. I'm concerned that someone in my team may use the wrong project when creating a form and I now wish to remove this organisation.

How do I remove it?

    Hi Matt,
You need to be a Power User to be able to remove an Organisation. The best thing to do here is contact our Support team via email or log a ticket in ZenDesk and they will action the removal of the Organisation for you and advise when it is done.
    Thanks, Nelly

    Hi Nelly,
My user account has been assigned the following roles: Administrator, Avoka Power User
I am a little mystified as to why a support request is required for what (appears to be) a simple administration task?

    Thanks for your prompt reply!

    Kind Regards,
    Matthew

    Hi,
It appears that the 'root flag' parameter needs to be enabled on the user's account. This (seems to) control access to the Organisation Management sub-menu located under the System menu.
Organisation Management lists each organisation along with administration controls allowing the organisation definition to be edited, modified, marked inactive or deleted.

Cheers and thanks again for your assistance!
    Matthew

Yes, indeed, apologies, it is a little move than a Power User, for Composer 3.x removing an Organisation requires a root permission (which at this stage is an Admin/Avoka role) and that is why you will need to contact Avoka Support to assist.
However, this should change in Composer 4.0 release making it easier to Administer your accounts.
      Hope this answers your question.
