Is there a way to add the terms and conditions page at the end of the process in TM on the submit/attachments landing page?

Some considerations with regards to Terms and Conditions:
        1. Users should be presented with the terms and conditions prior to them committing to the application for product or service so that they are aware of the parameters around their commitment. Having Terms & Conditions after the form submit could be too late and there may be legal issues with this approach.
        2. If a PDF receipt is generated and provided to the applicant, it is important that the Terms & Conditions are presented on the receipt so that the applicant has a document of record of this content. For this reason it is generally best to include the Terms & Conditions on the form itself and this is typically done on the very last or very first page, either on the page as rich text or in a scrollable text area.
There is currently no way to configure the Terms and Conditions acceptance after the form has been submitted, however given the above considerations that strategy may not be appropriate.
