We currently integrate many of our Avoka forms with SalesForce using a Service Definition.
At the moment, if a form records a 'delivery error' we aren't informed about the error.
Does anyone know how we can set up a notification email to trigger to the team when this occurs?
Users member of "Receives System Alert - Delivery" group receive alerts on delivery error. See screenshot below for various out of box alert groups. Please assign user to relevant group. Groups can be found under Security > Groups in TM 4.3
