Do we have any best practices or approaches for clients to test for a Porta/Space being unavailable, and also for the complete Avoka TM Stack to off-line?
The client wants to test for these scenarios as part of the UAT Testing.
You can have Avoka IT configure external monitoring on Form Space which ensure the module is available. There is also a Transact Server Monitoring for deployed on system for availability monitoring. Please check with Avoka IT as to what monitoring they have configured by default.
