Is it possible to add the 'info' icon with hover text (normally added using the Help Text property on a widget) to the individual items in the radio group?

To me, it sounds like you are asking for something which goes against best practice.

"Hover" does not work on all devices (EG: Phones, tablets without a stylus), and this UI element would need an alternate touch event to cater for those devices. This would of course conflict with the Radio Button functionality.

Good point. The Apple style guide just refers to using placeholder text as the tooltip. Although 3D touch gestures currently in iOS and was expected to be part of Android Nougat can be used to provide tooltips or more detailed field-based help. It does raise the question about support for new-fangled gestures as they become mainstream....

Will 3D touch work in the browser? I thought this was more of a native app interface option. I think for now we can only plan around touch & pointer modes of use. It is interesting though how many new devices are coming out with an active stylus, which really does simulate mouse very well.

No I'm just referring to the standard Maestro "Help Text" parameter that is provided on many input elements. This results in an 'i' icon next to the element that will show a pop-up of text on either hover or click, so it's fine on all devices. I was simply asking for the ability to have this on an individual radio item instead of only on the whole group which we currently have, so I think it's gone slightly off-topic.
