Hi.

I am trying to make certain forms that are within a portal only available to certain users that login to that portal.
I have a user account that is logging in through the T-Field app on the ipad. This user can see all forms available on the portal. I have tried to create a form group and added this user into that group as well as assigning a form to that form work group. but when logging in the user account still sees all forms assigned to the portal instead of only seeing the form assigned to the form group.
Is this how it is supposed to work? I have been reading 4.14 Form Group Access in the transaction manager Admin guide.
Is the fact that I am trying to do this through the app an issue?

        Hi Don,
        Yes, it is supposed to work like that i.e. forms with 'no assigned groups' are available to everyone in the portal.
