Hi,

I would like to display the form version (template version) on the form, so that when users contact Support staff they can refer to the form version to aid trouble shooting. This would also show the user they are using the latest (current) form version.

Is this simply a matter of adding a text field to the form and linking it to the <TemplateVersionNumber/> field of the FormXML?

Or is there a better way?

Thanks

Mark

      I would use the existing phase variable TemplateVersionNumber already bound to the mentioned XML element.

      sfc.getPhaseValue("TemplateVersionNumber ");

        Composer doesn't know the TM template version that you eventually publish the form with when it generates the form, so the only to get this is at runtime via the form xml as you alluded to above
