Can you point me to or send me a good example of a system administration guide? This is distinct from application design document. The admin guide explains how to undertake basic tasks, troubleshoot errors, how to interpret sys logs, where to find sys logs, that sort of thing. It would also contain references to or build on product documentation.
TM version or the nature of the customer app is not important as I'm interested in structure and content.
There is also an Operational Support Traning course offered by Avoka that also covers a lot of these topics.
But, because of the highly flexible way that Transact can be applied, an 'operations manual' will typically need to be purpose written for the nominated solution.
