The email queue scheduled job or stopped running. Even though status shows Running , the job is not triggered. The Last run field is also blank. I have restarted the scheduler, and services on server as well but the job seems to be still stuck. Can you please suggest a way to start the job again

      On a multi-node HA deployment the scheduled job should be picked up by another TM server node. If this continues to occur I would recommend you restart your TM service.

        Hi Malcolm,

         

        Thanks for your response, the scheduler works fine when I restart the server but the issue is that the email queue schedule job gets stuck after sending few  emails i.e sends around 20 emails out of 260 and the job fails after that. On restarting the scheduler or service it sends all. No error is logged related to the groovy script or about the job. Further more there is no issue with SMTP as the emails are getting delivered while pushing it manually.

        Can you please tell me where I can find details on email queue scheduler job integrated with Avoka or any further details.
