    Avoka clients nominate a User Manager within their organization. This person is the first point of call for user security issues for that client.

    The process that User Manager follows is described below.

    Requesting New Maestro Organizations and Users.

    For clients and Avoka users.

    A service request needs to be raised to support to provision the users and the new organization.

    This is done in the the support JIRA instance https://support.avoka.com/tickets/ 

    For Avoka: Project is : Avoka Customer Care Project (ACC).

    Clients use their JIRA projects.

    You need to specify the Organization, User information, Environment, access required.
