We are currently sending submission verification email to users to confirm their email address upon submitting a form. At the moment, the email simply contains the URL for them to click to verify their email address.

However, I would also like to either:

 - attach PDF receipt of the form with this email so customer could see the form they have filled or

 - add a link to PDF receipt in the email which customer can open to view

#set( $FirstName = "")
#set( $LastName = "")
#foreach ($extractData in $submission.submissionExtractData)
      #if("FirstName" == ${extractData.name})
      	#set( $FirstName = ${extractData.value})
	  #if("LastName" == ${extractData.name})
      	#set( $LastName = ${extractData.value} + ',' )
