I have created a Render receipt service, but sometimes because of processing the high volume, the service encounter the timeout error. Please suggest what could be the possible solution to stop the service from retrying if render receipt throws error. As I don't want it to process again if there is some error.

      Hi Ankit,

The timeout error is recoverable so you might not want to abandon the render completely.  You could look at increasing the timeout value as one option.

If you do want to reduce the retries, you can change the Max Render Attempts in the Submission Receipt Render service:

Thanks Bill, I have already increased the timeout value to a certain level i.e. 450000 and I think increasing further could impact server performance. Also I have tried to find out the "Max Render Attempts"  but not able to see this option, Just to confirm, I am using Render Receipt service not Submission Receipt Render and want to make change for a particular form not for all.
