Hi,

Our Maestro form allows the user to upload an image or pdf of their drivers licence using the upload component.  It is configured to accept *.jpg, *.png, *.gif and *.pdf and the actual upload works without any issue.  However I have noticed that the file type being associated with the image in the submission is different to the image that was actually uploaded.  In this instance we uploaded a jpg and the base 64 reports a png as seen in the excerpt of the submission xml below.  Is there some additional configuration that we need to do on TM to ensure that the correct type is associated with the base 64 image?

<_attachmentFilename>NZ_drivingLicense.jpg</_attachmentFilename>
<imageData>data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAJYAAABkCAYAAABkW8nwA ... </imageData>
</AttachmentManager>
</DriversLicenseUpload>

      The imageData here looks to be the image preview for use as a thumbnail in the form. This will have been manipulated to reduce its size to a thumbnail and hence will have a different type.

      The actual attachment is uploaded separately to TM and is not stored in the form Xml. You need to look at the attachment tab against the transaction in TM to confirm the real type of the attachment.
