I am trying to call Form.emailOperation to send an saved form email so the user can resume the form later.

Here is the code I am calling in a Maestro button onclick rule:

Form.emailOperation('emailSavedForm', item.id, "saveEmail");

However when I test clicking this button during rendering of the form I get the following errors:

Console error:

Popup error:

TM Error Logs:

What am I doing wrong? Could someone provide me with a working example for the "emailSavedForm" operation call for Form.emailOperation?

Thanks,

Blake

I attached the images to this question but KB seems to have filtered it out. I can send you the screenshots via email Tim.

KB does accept images, try pasting them in - better for prosperity.

Hi Blake, as per comment on your other related question, there may be something wrong with your email template, could you please log a JIRA and provide the relevant details - more info on your other question. Thanks.

    Hi Tim,

It turns out that there was a syntax error with the template that someone had made to the subject line. We fixed it and it is sending the email corrrectly now. Thanks

Glad to hear it thanks Blake.

    Hi,

    The parameters for emailOperation are:

      operationName, opItemId, emailAddressId, senderNameId, emailBodyId

so you will need to provide the ids of items containing the email address, sender name and email body.

The function returns a promise, so you will need to deal with that with a .then().
