Hi,

I'm trying to create a new form, however, the 'create' button on the dialog is not active.

There appears to be an extra field on the create screen; it has no label, but using developer tools I can see it has "id=itemVersion".

The field is blank and allows input. When I enter data in all fields the 'create' button is still not active.

Are others experiencing this issue?

Any resolution?

Thanks

Mark

It sounds like you may have a caching issue. Could you try accessing the Clear History function of your browser, either through the tools menu or using Ctrl-Shift-Delete, and follow the selection to clear cached files? If the problem persists please file a support issue with the details of you project and browser, and we will look into it ASAP. Thanks.

        Hi Mark

It does still appear to be cache related as I can not recreate this with different users.

We will wait for your support ticket for further information.

I have posted an advisory that may assist.

      Hi Bill, John, Tim,

      thanks for your suggestions.

and the winner is... Deep Clearing the cache.

That seemed to do the trick; the dashboard now shows 17.10 and the video links are present. And I have been able to create a new form. WooHoo.

      Thanks for all your help.

      Regards

      Mark

ps. I'll add some comments to the ticket and it can be closed.
