I only just realised that the TM options (5.1.10) have changed for Maestro forms.

How do you set the anonymous/authenticated option?

Hey Lin, you can now set the security attributes differently for each space that the form is published to, so for example access via a staff portal would require authentication, where access via a public portal would not.

To achieve this, the security attributes were moved under the Spaces configuration tab in the form configuration options:

Select the space you want to configure the form for and edit your security preferences:

Ah, now I remember seeing this before!

And that could actually be a pretty useful feature.

        Thanks!

To Handle this for a specific form:  In Transact Manager, Forms, <your form>, select the "Flow Config" tab and set the "User Authentication" to "Anonymous Only".  Then in the form's "Dashboard" tab, Select "Services" for the version you are using.  Set the "Form Security Filter" to your security service or create a new one that does what you require.

These Flow Config options do not show in TM anymore if the first version of the form is a Maestro form. Hence the initial confusion.
