I have just built and published a new Maestro form to TM.
However, in the 'Details' tab the option to select our custom receipt number service is not available.
For existing forms the option is available, but it seems to be missing for the newly published form.
We have a custom service so that the receipt number, and effectively the receipt name, is formatted as 'form-code-trackingCode.pdf'.
It seems that the only options are to use tracking code or receipt number, and the only tracking code service is the 'random tracking code' service. But these options don't meet our requirements.
Is it possible to use a custom receipt number service?

However, all our forms are in one organisation, and our custom service is in the same organisation.
I've just checked that again to be sure, so that doesn't seem to be the problem.
Are your existing forms in a different organisation to the newly deployed form?
If so you may need to copy the Receipt Number Service from the existing org to your new org.
